Luxury real estate | Dubai | Educational content and conversion journey

A luxury real estate consultant in Dubai needed content that helped prospective buyers understand their expertise. I developed an education-led personal branding strategy, connecting useful Instagram content with consultations and property enquiries.

The challenge

The consultant was posting consistently on Instagram, but qualified property enquiries remained a challenge. Listing-focused content gave audiences little reason to see the agent as a trusted guide through a high-value purchase.

What informed the strategy

The project research highlighted the value of educational content before an investment decision. Buying-process videos were receiving stronger engagement than property showcases, pointing to an opportunity to answer the questions buyers were already asking.

The content approach

I positioned the consultant as an educator and built content pillars around property investment, market updates and common buyer mistakes. Lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes videos and success stories added a more personal view of the agent and their work.

This gave the personal brand room to communicate both market knowledge and personality, while making the content more useful to prospective buyers.

Connecting content with enquiries

The strategy mapped a journey from educational Reels and community building to a free consultation. WhatsApp conversations then supported the next steps towards a property visit and, where appropriate, a transaction. Each stage gave interested viewers a clear way to continue the conversation.

Reported project results

  • Average views of 50K+
  • Higher engagement
  • 3 property deals
  • AED 15 million in property sales influenced

The sales figure reflects influence on transactions, rather than revenue attributed solely to content.
